A real attendee-by-attendee journey.

For venues and events: scans count tickets, not attendees.

For venue and event operators whose ticket scans count tickets, not attendees. Portable Pulses Vision Towers stand beside the turnstiles for the event and are taken away after it. Pulses CX shows each attendee's journey gate by gate, a returning attendee told apart from a new one, and counts dense stands and halls by head where faces never show. Pulses Ops sets each gate's count beside its ticket scans; where they differ, the team sees which gate and when, and the gate supervisor hears on WhatsApp, Teams, SMS or email. Anonymous Unique FaceID is derived on the device, can't be turned back into a picture and holds no personal data. All processing happens on the device; only anonymous metadata leaves.

Transcript

At a packed event, the crowd pours through the gates. Yet the scans count tickets, and a re-entry scans again. Pulses. AI for the physical world. A Pulses Vision Tower at the gates tells a returning attendee from a new one. See each attendee's journey, gate by gate, in real time. Set each gate's count beside its ticket scans. Where they differ, see which gate, and when. Under helmets and costumes, count heads where faces never show. And see the mood of the crowd, hall by hall. Questions from venue teams

How do event organisers count unique attendees across several days and entrances?

Each attendee is one journey across the gates, so a re-entry is not counted as a new attendee. Portable Pulses Vision Towers at the turnstiles show each attendee's journey gate by gate, in real time, through Anonymous Unique FaceID: derived on the device, it can't be turned back into a picture and holds no personal data. Pulses CX shows unique attendees at each gate beside its ticket scans.

How do you count crowds when faces are not visible, such as helmets, costumes or veils?

Where faces never show, the count is by head. Pulses counts dense stands and halls this way and shows the result zone by zone, with the mood hall by hall. A head count needs no face and keeps no identity, and processing happens on the Pulses Vision Tower itself; only anonymous metadata leaves it.

How do I reconcile camera attendance counts with turnstile and ticket scans?

Pulses OS sets each gate's count beside its ticket scans on one screen. Where the two differ, you see which gate and when, so the gap can be checked while the event runs rather than in the report after it. The gate supervisor hears on WhatsApp, Teams, SMS or email. The count comes from portable Pulses Vision Towers standing beside the turnstiles.

Is there AI attendee analytics we can deploy per event and move to the next venue?

Pulses Vision Towers are portable: they stand at the gates for the event, are taken away after it and can be set up at the next venue. Each tower processes on the device and sends only anonymous metadata, so the team sees attendees gate by gate, each gate's count beside its scans and the mood by hall, without a fixed installation.
