Pulses at events and venues

For event organisers and venue operators who need to see each gate, hall and stand as the event runs. Portable Pulses Vision Towers stand at each gate with their own power, and Pulses Vision covers concourses and food courts. Pulses CX shows unique visitors per day, with re-entries and hall-hopping shown apart, and dwell by hall for a report per zone (event intelligence). Pulses Ops shows the queue at each gate and each stand, and Pulses Compliance checks each hall against the capacity you set; an AI Operator alerts the safety lead to send stewards, with your approval. Ticket scans can sit beside the count at each gate (crowd counts). Processing happens on the device; what leaves is anonymous data, not video.

Questions from event and venue teams

How do event organisers count unique attendees across several days and entrances?

Each attendee is one journey, new or returning, across re-entries, halls and days, so a re-entry is not a new attendee. Portable Pulses Vision Towers at the entrances do this with Anonymous Unique FaceID: derived on the device, it can't be turned back into a picture and holds no personal data. Pulses CX shows unique visitors per day, with re-entries shown apart.

We need a people counting system: what sensor counts visitors in our exhibition halls?

Pulses uses portable Pulses Vision Towers at the gates and Pulses Vision on the ceiling of halls and concourses. Rather than a tally of entries, Pulses OS shows unique visitors per day, dwell hall by hall and a report per zone, per day, ready for sponsors. Each device processes on the device and sends only anonymous data, not video.

Is there AI attendee analytics we can deploy per event and move to the next venue?

Yes. Pulses Vision Towers are free-standing, with their own power: they stand at the gates, car parks and open-air zones for the event and are taken away after it. While the event runs, the team sees gate queues, hall counts and stand lines live; after it, each sponsor can get a report for their zone.

How do I get WhatsApp alerts when something happens on site?

Pulses OS sends alerts to the people who run each area, on the channels they already use: the safety lead when a hall passes the capacity you set, stewards when a gate backs up, marshals when a car park is nearly full. An AI Operator can suggest the next step, such as sending new arrivals to a quieter hall, with your approval.
