1. Overview
BRAINWARE DWC-LLC ("Pulses," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit our website (pulses.ai), contact us, use Pulses OS, or interact with Pulses Vision Devices and our other services.
Pulses is a Physical Intelligence company. Our devices turn what happens in a physical space into anonymous data, such as how long a queue is or how busy an area is, rather than video.
2. Privacy by Architecture
Pulses is designed so that video is handled on site, where it is captured.
- Processing on site: Video is processed on the Pulses Vision Device or, where a customer connects its existing cameras, on Pulses equipment at the customer's site.
- Anonymous data, not video: What leaves the device is anonymous data, not video. This anonymous data is what Pulses OS works with.
- Event evidence: If a customer chooses to use event evidence, a short clip of an event can be sent, end-to-end encrypted, to the customer's on-site Pulses Compliance Guard so the event can be reviewed and closed. The clip stays on the customer's site, and the customer decides how long to keep it.
- Information linked to a person: Features that link activity to a named person, such as a membership program or staff sign-in, are used only for people who have opted in. The customer that offers the feature manages that consent.

4. Information We Collect — Platform
When a customer uses Pulses Vision Devices and Pulses OS:
- Anonymous operational data: Counts, waiting times, time spent in an area, movement between areas, general visitor characteristics and similar operational data. This data is anonymous and does not include video.
