A real visitor-by-visitor journey.

One visitor, one journey: across re-entries, days and showrooms.

For dealership showrooms that want to know who walked the floor, which cars held them and how long they waited for a first hello. Pulses Vision Devices on the showroom ceiling understand visits, dwell and waiting times. Pulses CX shows the same visitor across re-entries, days and showrooms, as unique visitors rather than entries, and the floor heat map shows which cars hold attention. When a visitor's wait runs past target, Pulses Ops alerts the floor manager, with the nearest advisor, so the team acts while the visitor is there. Anonymous Unique FaceID is created on the device, can't be turned back into a picture and holds no personal data. By default no identity is stored; processing happens on the device and only anonymous metadata leaves.

Transcript

In a car showroom, each visitor brings a journey of their own. Yet a returning buyer walks in as a stranger, and waits for a hello. Pulses. AI for the physical world. Pulses Vision devices on the ceiling understand visits, dwell and waiting times. One visitor, one journey: across re-entries, days and showrooms. Anonymous Unique FaceID: created on the device, with no personal data. When a returning visitor walks in, your advisor can welcome them back. A heat map shows which models hold their attention. Long waits for a first hello reach the floor manager. Over one hundred and fifty million journeys counted across Pulses deployments. Designed and made in the UAE. See the full showcase.

Questions from showroom teams

How do I know which car models showroom visitors spend the most time with?

The floor heat map in Pulses CX shows which cars hold attention: dwell by model, on your own showroom floor. It comes from Pulses Vision Devices on the showroom ceiling, which process on the device and send only anonymous metadata, so the team sees the cars that hold visitors, not who the visitors were.

Can it count unique visitors, not just people passing, and tell new visitors from repeat ones?

Yes. The same visitor is one journey across re-entries, days and showrooms, so a returning visitor is not counted as new. This works through Anonymous Unique FaceID: created on the device, it can't be turned back into a picture and holds no personal data. Pulses CX shows unique visitors and returning ones on the showroom overview.

How many cameras do I need for a showroom floor?

The Coverage Design survey establishes it. Our team walks your showroom with you, and the survey sets the schedule: which Pulses Vision Device goes in each position, and what it does there, from the door to the cars and the desk. You see that schedule before anything is installed.

Meet your returning visitors.
