Showcase · Automotive after-sales

Every vehicle, every stage. No gates.

For dealer groups and after-sales teams: see where every car is, from drop-off to handover, and move more cars through the same service lanes.

  • No gates or barriers
  • Nothing fitted to the car
  • Plates masked on screen

What this is

Pulses: AI that understands your physical world.

Pulses.ai builds Physical Intelligence for enterprises and government: edge-AI Vision Devices, designed and made in the UAE, that turn physical spaces — venues, stations, showrooms, service centers — into live, actionable insight. All processing happens on the device; only anonymous metadata leaves. See. Understand. Act.

For after-sales teams: nobody sees the whole day.

The service day

One promise. A whole day behind it.

A service centre runs on one promise to the customer: the car will be ready when you said it would be. Behind that promise sit drop-off, reception, workshop bays, quality checks, the wash and several parking areas.

Once a car is through the door it moves between all of them, and nobody sees the whole day at once. Service advisors spend time looking for cars. A bay that runs late is noticed when the customer calls, not before.

Gates and barriers are the usual answer, and they slow the lane they are meant to measure.

How it works

Three moves, from arrival to handover.

No gates, no barriers and nothing fitted to the car. The service centre becomes one live picture.

    01

    Recognised on arrival

Pulses Vision Devices recognise each vehicle as it drives in. No gate, no barrier, no tag on the car. Recognition runs on the device; plates are masked on screen.

  2. Isometric illustration: a car moving through the stages of a service centre
    02

    Followed through every stage

Reception, workshop bay, quality check, wash, parking, handover: each stage is timed against its own target, for every vehicle.

  3. Isometric illustration: a vehicle running over its stage target flagged to the service team
    03

Acted on before it is late

Vehicles running over their stage target are flagged to the service team, and each service lane's performance is visible across the day.
